About the project
Practice KM is an independent educational project that explores how organizations develop, preserve, organize, share, apply, and improve knowledge.
It is intended primarily for people who are already aware of Knowledge Management and want a clearer understanding of how its major concepts fit together.
The project is informed by many years of professional Knowledge Management practice, continued research, and experience working with the interaction among people, process, information, governance, culture, and technology.
Practice KM uses interactive explanations because Knowledge Management is easier to understand as a connected organizational system than as a collection of isolated definitions.
Corrections, questions, and suggestions are welcome. Send feedback to feedback@practicekm.com.
